Kristina is a  Master Haircolour Artist and former Global Ambassador for Redken 5th Ave NYC, travelling frequently educating and training hairstylists in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and across the USA.

She has been honoured with awards such as YEN magazine Young Woman of the Year, Finalist AHFA Creative Colourist of the Year,  Hair Expo Finalist Apprentice of the Year, and the winner of Australia's most prestigious award Hair Expo Colour Technician of the Year.

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, she works both in salon as well as keeping a busy schedule travelling Australia and the world, teaching classes of her own design.

Kristina trained at Sydney salon Blondes Brunettes and Redheads, with renowned Vidal Sassoon NYC Colour Director Alyson Schoer. Together they explored creative + classic colour concepts and shared a love for education. Kristina’s creative technical skills led her to then be aligned with Redken for 13+ years as a Global Educator. Her talent for learner-focussed education secured her a prestigious teaching role as an International Colour Facilitator for many years at the Redken 5th Ave Exchange in New York USA (voted Favourite Advanced Academy by the Stylist Choice Awards).

She was worked with the most creative hairdressers across the globe and believes Australian hairdressers are the best in the world. Her mission is to coach individuals that attend this program with world-class techniques to meet daily salon demands with finesse. As an Educator she has worked with international award winning Artists such as; Lee Stafford, Sam Villa, Chris Baran, Alyson Schoer, Richard Kavanagh, Lorna Evans, Philip Barwick, Brent Borreson, Sean Goddard, Belinda Keeley and assisted Tracey Cunningham, Ruth Roche & Kris Sorbie to name a few.
