Learn how to approach every consultation with confidence, and how to achieve a shared reality between the client and the hairdresser. This workshop will cover what's trending, forecasts for the upcoming season & how to customise classics for your blonde, brunette and redhead clients.
Hair Painting for Redheads:
Red hair colouring is challenging! Learn my trademark 5-6-7-8 levelling system to understand the full spectrum of formulating reds, from darker to lighter shades. We can work on models or mannequins in a hands-on workshop with demonstrations adaptable for every professional haircolour brand and trend to trend. Reds and Copper fundamentals and creative techniques suitable for all levels of experience.
FOIL HIGHILIGHT AND LOWLIGHTING:
Wondering if changing your foil angles can help to customise your client's hair colour? There are only 3 foil angles you need to know for haircolour success! I will explain the importance of knowing your angles when foiling to achieve your desired results for customised techniques. After attending this program, you and your team will know the what, why and how of highlighting and lowlighting.
COLOUR CORRECTIONS:
Do you struggle with hair colour correction consultations? It’s difficult to know how to quote for profit when taking on large jobs and choosing a technique suitable for your time available. This package is for salon teams seeking motivation, inspiration and technical training. Best suited for groups of 5-10.
Suitable for all levels of hairdressing. Hair colour is discussed in an open universal language, that is adaptable to every professional hair colour brand. Hands-on demonstrations will be using your salon stock to encourage dynamic learner-focused learning using the brands you already know and love.

NEW! Be a Host Salon
HOST MEÂ + 10 HAIRDRESSERS IN YOUR SPACE
This unique education offering is aimed at bringing small teams together for a day of fun interactive education hosted by a Salon Owner that encourages inclusivity. This could also suit a collective group of hairdressers that would like to come together for a customised day of colour education.
This type of program is aimed at Salon Owners that have a small team and want to bring Kristina into their space for customised training. The Salon Owner would be responsible for filling the required number of people to cover Kristina’s day fee for a customised education. Invite your hair besties
(or local hairdressers) to join your salon team for a dynamic day of customised learning.
For this program to be a success the hosting salon must provide their space for a day and cover Kristina’s transport costs if outside of Sydney, plus help to fill the class with the necessary number of 10 students at $300 per head. Payment plan available. Booking requires a 50% deposit.
Flexible options. The Host Salon provides the salon and buys tickets for their team that wish to attend and will help fill the workshop with a total of 10 local hairdressers. Kristina will also advertise the event to local salons. The program cannot run with less than 10 attendees.
The host salon will need to cover Kristina's travel expenses if outside of Sydney, Australia.

2 HOUR ZOOM COLOUR THEORY OR CONSULTATION TRAINING
Learn methods specific to your salon team goals, within this curated private training in your salon. I am a Zoom savvy Facilitator when it comes to salon team training because sometimes it’s just not possible to hop on a plane and come to your space.
This package is for salon teams seeking motivation, inspiration, colour theory and consultation training. This is highly suitable for 1:1 coaching for individuals or team training.
Suitable for all levels of hairdressing. This is brand-free education. Hair colour is discussed in an open universal language.
$600 to be paid here online (with no travel fee needed because we are Zooming)
