10 Must haves in Haircolour Correction Contracts

What I'll be talking about
In this episode, we’re talking about colour correction contracts for transformation clients and why you need one.
I am a Hair Colour Specialist that attracts all types of people and hair colour requests. Many of them being colour corrections or transformations, and some of these are clients with existing buildup of colour done at home or in a salon. Sometimes they have existing damage. SOme need a longer term gameplan than just one visit and I’ve realised by having things go wrong in the past with my communication skills that I needed to implement colour correction contracts in the salon to protect myself and to have everything clearly written down and agreed upon by both parties.
You need to have one in your salon. Listen to learn what’s involved and what you should include.
Show notes for episode 135
When it comes to salon clients requesting colour correction services, it's important to establish clear contracts to protect both the client and the salon. A well-drafted contract ensures that both parties understand their responsibilities, outlines the scope of work, and provides a framework for resolving any disputes that may arise. While I can provide you with a general overview of what to include in such contracts, please note that it's always advisable to consult with a legal professional to tailor the agreement to your specific salon and jurisdiction.
