- 95% of hairdressers believe they give a good consultation but only 7% of consumers would agree they have ever experienced a good consultation. Clients want a comprehensive analysis of their lifestyle, face shape, suitability and to prescribe a regime for them.
- We discussed how it would be great to improve your consultation by 5% each time or each day and build on the skills & only 12% of clients buy their products from a salon, but 85% say they would buy it if they were recommended something.
