Instagram Story Highlight Icons

Instagram Stories only last for 24 hours usually, unless you add them into your highlights. This means more people can see them. 

Stories are a great way to share fun, spontaneous and authentic posts plus services you want to promote. Saving your stories into highlights builds more views and impressions per story. It allows you to share more of your team and your business on your profile – not just your feed and your disappearing Instagram Stories. If there is content that resonated with your audience in an Instagram Story, add it straight back into your Highlights. 

I like to view Instagram Icons as a menu of sorts that is permanently displayed at the top of my feed for easy access. Things I suggest to include are – team profiles, opening hours, products you love, photos of your salon work and client testimonials plus anything else that helps your ideal client or customer know how to book you and what your style is.
