All new client and colour correction appointments will require a non-refundable $200 deposit to secure a booking time.

All new client bookings and colour correction appointments will require to pay a non-refundable $200 deposit to secure a booking time. This will be payable via a secure cloud-based payment system invoice sent from square or payable in person at the salon if attending a consultation.

This amount is redeemable on the day of hair colour services. The holding deposit will be transferrable if you give 48 hours notice if needing to reschedule. If you give less than 48 hours notice the deposit will be used toward covering your cancellation fee.

Haircolour Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable for hair colour services and treatments only. This voucher does not include styling, haircuts, extensions or products. Any service beyond kristina’s service offerings will be charged by the host salon.

Not redeemable on merchandise; not redeemable for cash; cannot be reloaded.

Cash will not be given for any unused balance and the unused balance of this card will not be refunded or credited.

Purchases exceeding available balance require the difference to be paid by other method.

If you are unable to attend your appointment and/or need to reschedule, 24hrs notice is required to avoid a 50% fee of your appointment total.

Voucher must be mentioned when booking appointment

If you need it ASAP be sure to let us know at checkout and we do our best to accommodate if possible.  Overseas orders allow for extra mailing time.  Glitter Board colours will vary on different computer/phone screens. Glitter Colour Boards are made in Australia using high quality acrylic products. All of the boards are made to order. Acrylic sheets come in a wide range of colours and glittery finishes, making this the perfect material for hair-painting boards.

NOTE: haircolour that has a very high ammonia content may cause some cloudiness to appear on surface layer in some colour options.

Kristina Russell Colourist may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of a product/s within 7 days where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

After Pay is a clever cloud-based payment portal, which is PCI compliant, with the highest security accreditation, and is Kristina’s preferred method for payment plans.

There are many different ways for you to pay. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly prepayments towards your next workshop, by spreading the cost to make it easier. One thing is for sure, investing in your education just got a whole lot easier!

Please choose an education program that best suits your individual learning expectations and career pathway. No refunds are available on workshop tickets. If you are unable to attend a program, it is permissible to send another hairdresser in your place.

Kristina Russell Education reserves the right to postpone or cancel any course that doesn't reach the required number of participants. In such case, Kristina will give booked participants notice of the change and refund applicable course fees paid.

Kristina Russell is the stockist for a custom designed limited edition range of earrings designed by Sydney jewellery and accessory creator, Nikita of Doodad + Fandango. All of the D+F items on this site are made from 3mm thick Perspex.

Some of the items are backed with a layer of gloss laminate which acts as a bond and strengthens the item. Both of these materials are laser cut and then hand assembled and sealed using a synthetic bonding compound.

Every care is take to describe the item’s size and approximate weight and provide realistic colour representation.

Please note that colours can vary from computer screen to screen.

Most of the earrings are LARGE sized, sometimes items can be scaled down if you aren’t into jumbo accessories. Doodad And Fandango uses quality surgical steel ear studs and backs to minimise allergic reactions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns are only accepted on full priced items and are decided on a case by case basis.

According to Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Please refer to this website for more information about consumer rights in Australia.

If you would like to return your Doodads, please contact Kristina within 3 days of receiving them and Kristina will email you with instructions on how to return the item. Items must be returned via trackable delivery within 5 days to be eligible for a return. Once returned, the item will be examined via a quality control checking process at D+F studio to ensure it has not been worn/used. Following this the purchaser will be issued a credit coupon which will be valid for up to 6 months from issuing date. This will not include postage costs paid for the original item.

Kristina uses express mail with Australia Post for all mail within Australia.

If you prefer Platinum Post, signature on delivery, insurance or a courier delivery, it will incur the associated charges.
